2. Before installation, do not take off the protective film to avoid scratching the board during the installation process. Only lift the protective film about 50 mm along the edge of the board. After the installation, immediately take off the protective film. If you want to maintain the surface again, take it off first Film, and then cover the protection again, be sure to avoid using a sharp knife to remove the protective film, otherwise it is easy to cause the board to crack when it is bent.

3. When installing, a neutral sealant should be used, and it must be tested whether it is a special sealant compatible with the pc solid sheet before use. Do not use colloidal solutions with pH.

4. The pc endurance board can be cold-drawn into arcs with different bending radii along the direction of the rib. 6. Do not touch the surface with acids, alkaline substances and adhesive solvents, such as alkalis, alkaline salts, amines, ketones, aldehydes, acids, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons, and acid-base structural adhesives.

7. The panels cannot be covered or overlapped for installation. Due to the higher internal stress caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the stacked panels, it is more likely to cause cracks and seams of the panels.

If there is adhesion of caulking material, vegetable oil, building paint, etc., when the environment pollutes the surface of the PC board, try to remove it with a thin cloth dipped in alcohol before it hardens. Do not wash with benzene, motor gasoline, toluene or carbon tetrachloride, and avoid cleaning with organic solvents when exposed to sunlight or during construction of mandatory bending projects, otherwise cracks will occur. Dust and waste on the surface of the PC board are generally wiped with a soft plastic cloth or sponge dipped in a neutral cleaning solution, then thoroughly washed with cold water, and then wiped with a soft plastic cloth.

10. Storage and transportation of PC boards:

During the transportation process, avoid placing hanging objects on the polycarbonate sheet, and do not touch the sheet with needle stab wounds: mechanical equipment should be used for loading and unloading of waterproof membranes, or use the starting point of the vehicle and the springboard to unload carefully. In addition, the PC board should not be exposed to the outdoors for storage, and should be placed in a cool place.

11. PC sheet cleaning:

Small area cleaning: wash with warm water;

Wash with neutral soap or household detergent mixed with warm water, and use a soft fabric or sponge to remove dust and stains; wash with cold water and wipe off the dry spots with a thin cloth after drying.

Large-scale cleaning: cleaning with tap water or high-pressure water pump;

Additives in water should be compatible with PC board.

Cleaning FAQ:

Do not polish or clean the PC Sheet with strong acid, and do not wipe the surface with a dry hard cloth or a hard or soft brush to avoid calendering.

It is forbidden to use butyl cellosolve and other water retention solutions to clean PC sheets that block ultraviolet rays.
